As members are aware, CII has been continually advocating the need for increased attention to quality and productivity by industry. CII has been spreading the message of promoting quality and creating the need for Total Quality Management. The Quality Circles are vital TQM Tools. They play a very important role in involving a wide cross section of employees in an organization for improving quality through participation and motivating workers to exchange ideas, views and share experiences on Quality Circles and various approaches to problem solving.
