COOLEX – 2013, Confederation of Indian Industry’s exclusive exposition on air conditioning and refrigeration was inaugurated by Mr Sanjay Agarwal, Principal Secretary – Infrastructure & Industry, GoUP . The exhibition was open to the public till April 22nd where people came take a look at the latest products of all major manufacturers under one roof. This year, COOLEX saw participation of 14 major companies showcasing an extremely wide range of products.
Mr Sanjay Agarwal appreciating the efforts of CII said “it is heartening to see the premier industry association bringing in consumers and manufacturers at one platform; this will not only give an insight of the consumer tastes and preferences but also boost the industry, I congratulate CII for putting up such a great exposition.” He further added that COOLEX was playing a crucial role in educating the customers and promoting healthy competition in the sector.
Mr Sachin Agarwal, Vice Chairman, CII UP State Council, also expressed his views on the event saying that “COOLEX is being organised every year for the past fourteen years. Every time we try to better ourselves and this year is no exception. COOLEX 2012 has got bigger and even better than before with an increased level of customer awareness and a strong commitment of participating companies to provide the best products.” He also informed that this year CII UP is conducting a survey at the COOLEX to capture the preferences of the customers in terms of what a customer looks (price, brand, star rating, after sales service) at when buying a refrigerator and air conditioner, the analysis of this survey would be done on the last day of the exposition.
