The search for a Job in today’s context is indeed a task needing much effort due to high competition and lack of required skills. Diploma and Degree holders from various Institutions seek opportunities to join the right industry as per their skills and knowledge once they pass out from their respective courses. It is not only difficult to find a job these days but also to find the right industry as per the skill set acquired. Employers also look to get the right person in place for a specific kind of job, stated Dr Alka Kaul, Chairperson, CII Delhi State Council and Director, Horizon Industrial Product Private Limited at the Delhi Job Summit.
