The District Development Plan & Employability Potential Assessment Report of Kabirdham provides information about training needs of the people based on employment/self employment opportunities in the district and availability of local resources. This DDP focuses on identifying the current status of the basic needs of the community and the gaps that needs to be addressed so that there is an improvement in the living standards of people, as well as the economy of the district. Few of the basic sectors are education, health, road connectivity, power, agriculture, economy, water conservation, sanitation, environment, skill gap and employability, etc. It also suggests strategy for future skill interventions on short term, midterm and long term basis.
