Job Fairs/ Special recruitment drives

A match making initiative by bringing together prospective employers and job seekers with disabilities to discuss and understand each other’s needs, and to match job seekers with disability with available employment opportunities in the industry as per required skill-sets. The process is well supported by a system of skill-sets matching, initial screening and confidence building of shortlisted candidates. This process has been adopted to ensure reduction of disappointment amongst PwD candidates and lead to greater selection percentage. CII undertakes many such Job Fairs across different cities. Quite a number of PwD candidates have been placed in various companies through these recruitment drives.
