The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and The Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) had jointly organized an arbitration conference in New Delhi on 26 April 2013 titled ‘International: India – Technology, Media and Telecommunications’ as a focused event on the TMT sectors.

The conference was an event for corporate counsel, contract negotiators, dispute resolution counsel and in house counsel in the TMT sectors. The conference seek to focus on the relevance of international arbitration as the ideal medium of dispute resolution in the sector and other issues commonly faced in the sector in India’s growing market. The conference seek to bring together practitioners and in house counsel of repute from India and Singapore to speak and interact on these topics.
