Identifying this need CII has conceptualized an Industry – NGO Connect, which aims to bring together stakeholders through interface and dialogue the key issues that are pain points for the Nation. This initiative will also attempt to reach out to individuals and organizations, by integrating them with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) aspirations of corporates, for attaining the goal of inclusive and sustainable development through collaborative arrangements.

Mr Khambatta, “believes that whole nation should be working towards improving Human Development Index for India to become in the words of J R D Tata “I want India to be a Happy Nation” and this would only happen if industry takes part in nation building through CSR activities in partnership with NGOs” He also feels “ciispecialabilityjobs.in job portal would go a long way in meeting the needs of specially able people to find job and also companies who would like to give them jobs, that way this would benefit both companies as well as specially able people.
