Other reasons for restructuring include a change of ownership or ownership structure, demerger, or a response to a crisis or major change in the business such as bankruptcy, repositioning, or buyout.

Corporate restructuring is a comprehensive process where it needs to consolidate its business and strengthen its position in the short term and long term. It is vital for a company to survive in a competitive business environment.
