Mr S Mohanakrishnan
Vice President (Manufacturing)
Sundaram Clayton (Foundry Division)

Mr Mohanakrishnan is a mechanical engineer, he obtained post diploma in SQC&OR from ISI and MBA from British Open University and had attended many training programs such as on TQM by JUSE, Japan and Middle Management Course from IIM(A). He joined Sundaram Clayton (Brakes division) as graduate engineer trainee in 1976. He worked in various departments such as QAD, Production, TQC, Marketing and Purchase and headed two task forces to implement Cellular Manufacturing and Enterprise Resource Planning in Sundaram Clayton (SCL).

Mr Mohanakrishnan has visited many plants in UK, Germany, Japan, China, Thailand, Malaysia and Middle East. Notable among them are Toyota Motor Company, Honda Motor Company, Sharp Corporation, Toto in Japan and Wabco in Germany.
