CII Online Master Class Series on Project Management - Project Human Resources Management
 

Project human resource management is multi-faceted. It is the ability to lead, direct, and orchestrate the project team, the customers, project partners, contributors, and any other stakeholders to achieve the desired results for the project purpose.

The purpose of Human Resource Management is to ensure that the project has sufficient human resources, with the correct skill sets and experience, for the project to be successfully completed. This session focussed on how Human Resource Management Plan implements the end-to-end processes that a project will use to meet its human resource requirements, with the the key objective of :

• which resources are required;

• what core skills and experience they need to have;

• how resources will be acquired;

• how long resources will be needed;

• when resources will be needed;

• how resources will be developed;

• how day-to-day management will be formed; and

• how resources will be transitioned into and out of the project following the completion of their project assignments

 
Description

CII has organized a series of online sessions as part of the “Online Master Class Series and Tool Kit on Project Management", commencing from 19 July 2013. The series aimed to address various aspects of Project Management of delivering projects, moving them quickly and efficiently from inception to deployment on a pre-determined schedule, cost and quality, which are vital in the ever-changing business arena. The speed of project delivery is fundamentally significant to business development and competitiveness.
