The Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA) at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra has firmly anchored itself as the major catalyst for the trade and commerce in the country and is strongly committed to providing seamless services to the world. Ranked 26 in the list of top 100 Container Ports Globally, JNPA accounts for around 50% of the total containerized cargo volume, across the major ports of India and is connected to over 200 ports in the world. With the intent of establishing a new benchmark in port-led Industrialization under Sagarmala Initiative, JNPA has set up a Special Economic Zone (JNPA SEZ). Spread across 277 hectares of JNPA land, this industrial hub is India's first Port-based multi-product operational SEZ that has been meticulously designed with state-of-the-art infrastructure to boost export-oriented industries in India. JNPA SEZ promises ready availability of infrastructure, effective passage to global markets, and strong multi-modal connectivity. Access to the upcoming multi-modal infrastructure projects including the Navi Mumbai International Airport, DFC rail corridor, and Mumbai Trans-harbour Link has also increased the attractiveness of JNPA SEZ as a manufacturing and service sector destination. To further showcase the growth prospects and to interact with the Industry Captains, JNPA SEZ in association with CII is organizing JNPA SEZ Investor Conclave 2022 on Wednesday, 10 August 2022 (0900 - 1500 hrs) at The Grand Bhagwati, Dumas Road, Surat. The Conclave will also feature Sessions that will underscore the importance of ports in enhancing the Indian Economy. Senior Stakeholders from the Industry and Government will share their perspectives at these sessions. A series of pre-aligned B2B meetings may also be aligned as a part of the Conclave.
