As the world inches towards normalcy and businesses are gradually starting to define their strategies for future, a key discussion point, right on top, is the discussion around a blended workforce. Companies have been able to question the permanent employment model and experiment with different work arrangements and more and more companies are now of the opinion that a blended workforce comprising of full time, part time, contractual, freelancers and advisors is probably the way of the future.
