CII organised International Yoga Day Session with Contender Fitness Club on 21 June 2018. The session focused on the theme “Stress Management through Yoga”. It saw participation from corporates in the Jammu region and was steered at Green Parks, Jammu.
Keeping in mind the increasing stress in today’s corporate world, CII collaborated with the club to educate professionals about various yoga techniques to reduce and manage stress.
Realizing the importance of Work-life Balance, it is imperative for the working generation to look after their complete wellbeing and yoga, being a legacy of our country, and the benefits it has shown has made the entire world celebrate the International Day of Yoga.
Mr. Rohit Sangotra, Owner, Contender Fitness Club appreciated the efforts of CII and discussed with the participants about the importance of Yoga in today’s world.
