CII-ITC Sustainability Awards
The Sustainability Awards, instituted by the CII-ITC Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Development in 2006, are for (a) Identifying and recognising exemplary performance in economic, social and environmental dimensions of Indian business (b) Promoting role models in Indian industry and recognising excellence achieved by businesses in mainstreaming Sustainability with business practices and (c) Imparting knowledge by which the Centre builds capacity in Indian businesses to adopt sustainability practices.

CII Western Region Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Award
The CII Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Awards were constituted towards acknowledging the Vision and Exemplary Commitment of the CEO and his team for environmental responsibility, their concerns for occupational Health and Safety of employees and society as a whole. Today with growing awareness among people, companies are prompted to address the needs and requirements of all its employees first and society through initiation of various policies and programmes to build goodwill and confidence among all members of society.

CII Western Region QC Circle Competition
Quality Control Circles create a conducive and stimulating atmosphere for the workers such that their creativity can be energized and properly canalized. QCC Competition provides a unique opportunity to motivate workers to form Quality Circles within the company and also provides them a forum to exchange ideas and share theirs experiences. It is beneficial for senior managers, supervisors and management personnel.

CII Western Region Kaizen Competition
Kaizen is a system of continuous improvement in quality, technology, processes, company culture, productivity, safety and leadership. In today’s scenario, “Kaizen activity “ is one of the benchmarked tools that not only enhances the growth of any Organisation, but also uplifts the Morale of the employees, setting a good example of “employer - employee relationships”, as it calls for collaboration, commitment & teamwork from top to down.

CII Western Region Workskills Competition
The Regional and National Workskills India Competitions organised by CII, are recognised by the Directorate General of Employment & Training (DGE&T), Ministry of Labour, Government of India.

CII National Award for Excellence in Energy Management
The objective of the awards is to recognise and Award “Excellence” in Energy Management in Industries and to facilitate sharing of information by excellent energy efficient companies. Instill a sense of competition to motivate other plants to achieve excellence and establish futurity by pinpointing Carbon Emission Reduction (CDM/VER Project) initiatives focused on energy conservation.

CII National Award for Innovative Energy Saving Product / Service Award
The Objective of the awards is to recognise and Award “Innovative Energy Saving Product / Service” and to facilitate wide dissemination of information about innovative energy saving products and services and instil a sense of competition to motivate suppliers to develop innovative energy saving products & services.

Leadership and Excellence Award in Environment Health & Safety (EHS)
The Leadership and Excellence Award in Environment Health & Safety (EHS) Award was instituted in the year 2002. The aim is to recognize, motivate and facilitate corporates to adopt innovative practices in EHS.

Northern Regional Work Skills Competition
The workskills competition is conducted at the Regional level first, followed by the National Competitions, to encourage workers in the industry by recognising excellence in skill through organised competitions in select trades.

Northern Regional / State Level Quality Competition
The QC Circle Competition, an annual feature since 1986, is the culmination of the State, Regional and National conventions that take place throughout the year as part of CII’s continuous efforts to strengthen the Quality movement in India.
