CII VSME offers the services through this Project to “Minda Corporation Ltd. –Wiring Harness Division” Plant Turnaround & Synchronised the Delivery, Production & Procurement flow in Pillaipakkam Chennai and Pune plants.
The duration of this project shall be up to 12 to 15 months from the date of commencement of the project. During this journey of the project execution, CII experts will do the Common training and individual hand holding as per the proposed Road Map to the empowered project team from your company. Based on the implementation speed and existing situation, handholding sessions and training sessions will be conducted combining both virtual and physical mode, as necessary.
The objective is to engage and provide services for the project namely “Plant Turnaround & Synchronised the Delivery, Production & Procurement flow on one product line to improve the productivity & quality through ‘CII Visionary SME Programme’ (Here in after referred to as “Project”).
Scope of work is to synchronize the flows to help Partner organization to rediscover its strength and achieve highest possible growth in terms of Productivity, Inventory and very importantly Customer Delight with the Mindset change. The Programme uses the principles and practices of Flow Manufacturing, to synchronize all the 3 Flows (Delivery Flow, Production Flow, and Procurement Flow) in alignment with Customer expectations.
