With all elements in place, #Broadband2022 has the potential to unlock a trillion dollar digital economy”, according to this CII Report on Broadband, released at the Broadband Summit 2018 held on 10 May 2018 at New Delhi.
The report reflects on the role of broadband connectivity and the multiplier effect it has on the larger ecosystem. India is ripe for a Digital rethink, with both government and industry aligning their efforts toward a broadband powered Digital India. It also emphasizes on building an environment that improves the ease of doing business to accentuate the broadband opportunity.
