CII in collaboration with Nitor Infotech, conducted a joint research for Manufacturing Industry in Pune. The theme for the research was Data Driven Business Excellence which resulted in the release of the report titled - The Magic Triangle. This research report addresses the need for the organizations to initiate a culture of collaboration with cross-functional teams along with increased agility and speed for business model transformation. The key recommendation of the report suggests that Technology is underpinning of digital enterprise, an important parameter is the ability to understand the importance of technology and build a strategy that leverages advance technology along with mapping of business KPIs. Though in our research we saw clear and compelling cases for organizations to leverage technology, but still a low adoption rate persists due to lack of readiness for embracing risk with agility for continuous learning and collaboration.
