This report focuses on the digital transformation of India’s healthcare sector. It examines the current state of digital maturity, key challenges such as legacy systems and data privacy, and highlights opportunities in AI, GenAI, patient engagement platforms, and scalable infrastructure. The report also presents a 5S framework (Scalable infrastructure, Seamless patient engagement, Strategic data usage, Strengthened sustainability & compliance, Smart AI & automation) as a roadmap for future-ready hospitals.
