CII in association with its Knowledge Partner CBRE released a publication against the backdrop of Realty 2013 – 9th Edition of Conference on Real Estate on “Vision for Real Estate, Housing & Retail” organised by CII on 02 August 2013 at New Delhi.
The report dwells upon the impact of the land acquisition bill on the pace of real estate development and on the dynamics of the Indian retail market and its scalability for a more “organized retail future.” In addition, the Delhi Master Plan and its impact on real estate in Delhi NCR is also detailed.
