India stands at the cusp of great emerging opportunities for Non Resident Indians (NRI’s) for access in the Real Estate Arena. The report, Exploring New Horizons - Unfolding the New Landscape of India Real Estate, has been specially created at the behest of OIFC for the NRI community towards providing comprehensive and unbiased information about the most invested asset classes in the landscape of India Real Estate, covering an overview of Office, Retail, Residential and Manufacturing Real Estate.
The report also aims at anticipating the changing trends and opportunities arising in the country, policies that are in immediate sight and other important factors which could enable one to make an informed decision while evaluating the plethora of opportunities on display.
The OIFC was set up by the Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs’ (MOIA) in 2007, in partnership with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), and provides facilitation services to the Overseas Indians, especially assisting them in deepening their economic and intellectual engagement with India.
The publication was released against the backdrop of the OIFC Diaspora Engagement Meet held at Bahrain on 6 September, 2014.
