This report examines the current state of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) spending in the Northeast region. It identifies institutional, infrastructural, financial, and capacity-related barriers that limit CSR inflows, and proposes strategic reforms to enhance investments for inclusive and sustainable regional development.
The report was released at the CII North East CSR Connect 2025, held on 17 September 2025 in New Delhi.
