CII Southern Region organized a conference and exhibition on 10 March 2014 in Chennai. It was a platform for India’s leading corporate houses and social sector to interact and find solutions to key stakeholder and societal problems.
‘CSR Beyond Compliance’ was the theme of the conference defined by CII. CII had identified the key stakeholders to be targeted through this conference which were Corporate, NGOs, SEs and Foundations and Social Service Organisations. The conference aimed to bring out diverse stakeholder viewpoints on CSR in practice and the possible strategies to make CSR effective and oriented towards creating impact in a systematic manner.
During the conference a CSR dossier was released, which contains a CSR Ready Reckoner and flagship CII-CSR project profiles. In addition the Speakers Profile and Exhibitors Profile are also detailed.
