The CII Disability Forum has been actively promoting the employment of people with disability among its members. This initiative stems from the fact that CII subscribes to informed opinions worldwide that people with disability can make highly productive employees and have much to contribute to the organisation in which they work as also to the economic and social development of the country.
This manual on “A Values Route To Business Success: The Why And How Of Employing Persons With Disability” would assist not only companies who wish to employ disabled persons and do not know how to start, but also those companies who have employed disabled persons. It was prepared by the Diversity and Equal Opportunity Centre (DEOC) on behalf of CII.
