Traditional Businesses are being disrupted by new technologies. Business and technology leaders have to make the conscious choice to view the disruptive technologies either as threats or as opportunities. To survive this disruptive innovation and competitively thrive in the digital era, companies in all verticals or industry segments need to embrace digital technology, rethink & re-architect every element of their business function both vertically and horizontally with customer centricity.
The background paper sheds light on how to lead organizations with disruptive technologies and how to navigate the changing landscape and enable businesses to compete in the increasingly technologically advanced ecosystem.
