CII releases “Guidebook on Effective Adoption and Governance of AI for Board Leaders”
New Delhi, May 4, 2025 - Keeping in view the increasing use of AI in businesses which require effective governance, the essential role of Board engagement in supporting effective and meaningful AI governance, CII has released a “Guidebook on Effective Adoption and Governance of AI for Board Leaders.” The Guidebook is set against the backdrop of Artificial Intelligence (AI) which offers tremendous potential for innovation in business, products, services, and processes; but at the same time it is also an emerging risk that requires in-depth expertise and active discussion as part of Board agenda.
