CII has developed two sensitization films on employment of PwDs and the value they bring to the workforce. The films showcases the employability aspect of persons with Disabilities. The primary objective is to sensitise private sector and promote private sector’s engagement with differently abled persons. While discussing facts & figures, opportunities in potential sectors i.e. IT/ITES, Hospitality and Manufacturing and others have been highlighted. Corporate bodies engaged with differently abled, find them reliable, committed, and dedicated employees. They are also a motivating factor for all other staff members. Corporates believe that accessible environment at work place provide conducive atmosphere to people with disabilities, help them to grow, realize their potential and provide dignity.
