The white paper captures the comprehensive framework for scaling PPP across India's space sector- spanning demand aggregation, PPP structuring models, supply chain indigenisation, financing mechanisms, liability mitigation, and ecosystem enablement. This paper is developed based on the deliberations and recommendations of the 2nd Round Table on Public–Private Partnerships to Expedite the NewSpace Economy, held on 30 April 2026 in Bengaluru by CII and IN-SPACe, building upon the 1st Round Table held in New Delhi.
