Africa’s youthful population presents a significant opportunity to drive long-term growth and innovation. However, there remains an urgent need to scale up education, skills training, and entrepreneurship support. This session featured insights from CII Centers of Excellence and explore India-Africa collaboration to develop workforce readiness, vocational training systems, digital literacy, and leadership development. The focus was on creating inclusive ecosystems that equip youth with the tools and opportunities to thrive in a changing global economy.
