The CII office in Jakarta, Indonesia, the eighth global office, has been set up under the initiative of Market Facilitation Service of CII.
The objective of this office is to facilitate Indian businesses, both already present and those keen to engage, in enhancing their economic engagement with Indonesia.
Indonesia is India's second largest trading destination in the ASEAN Region. Trade between the two countries has increased from US$ 4.3 billion in 2005-06 to USD 31.06 Billion in the year 2022-23 (till December).
CII helps Indian industry members to collaborate with its counterparts and be part of Indonesia's growth story. It helps industry to understand market requirements, investment policies, opportunities for collaboration, find partners, showcase expertise and address concerns. Additionally, it also facilitates Indonesian companies in their queries about India and creates awareness about opportunities for collaboration.
